These Child Safety Standards apply to the mobile application Vela: Live Video Call & Chat, published on Google Play by NIRALI SELECTION ("we", "us", "our"). They describe the rules, processes, and commitments we maintain to keep our service safe and to protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form. The following are explicitly prohibited anywhere in or in connection with Vela: Live Video Call & Chat:

Vela: Live Video Call & Chat is an adults-only (18+) service. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to create a profile or use the application under any circumstances. We design our store listing, content rating, and onboarding accordingly. Accounts reasonably suspected of belonging to a minor are removed.
